Diversified Construction Services, Inc. (DCS) provides construction services with excellent, innovative, flexible, service oriented integrity. DCS promotes active efforts for safety and improvement, with being a team player, willing to negotiate, and put itself beyond the call of duty without sacrifice. DCS offers open communication with its customers, in a well organized customer friendly atmosphere.
Diversified Construction Services, Inc. (DCS) promotes active LEED practices within it's projects, to actively protect our environment. DCS takes a pro-active stance in protecting the environment.
Before any demolition activities, there are many steps that Diversified Construction Services, Inc. takes to ensure that all parties involved are protected. This would include, but not limited to checking to see if the appropriate asbestos abatement has been completed, removing hazardous or regulated waste, obtaining the necessary permits, submitting necessary notifications to all regulating committees, disconnections of utilities, rodent baiting where necessary, and development of a site-specific safety and work plan to protect the environment, the public, and the workers.

Mary Ann Bianchi - President
Mary Ann Bianchi has over 20 years experience in the management of a construction based corporation. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration that she has applied to the development of Diversified Construction Services, Inc.
Daniel Bianchi - Operations & Estimating
Daniel Bianchi has over 20 years experience in operations, supervising and overseeing the estimating within the daily functions of Diversified Constructions Services, Inc. Prior to that he worked in the demolition field at Bianchi Trison Corporation, a family owned and operated demolition and excavating company, and at Environmental Safety and Control Corporation in the environmental abatement and remediation field. His 30 plus years experience has developed the path for Diversified Construction Services, Inc. Daniel Bianchi has Certifications in NYS Asbestos Supervisor, Hazwoper 40 hour, and OSHA.
Together Daniel and Mary Ann Bianchi provide the information and knowledge that it takes to establish an environmentally sound reputable company.

Diversified Construction Services, Inc. employs individuals that provide the highest quality of work that it has developed it's reputation on. All workers are 10 Hours OSHA Certified, Asbestos Certified, and Hazwoper Certified. Diversified Construction Services, Inc. also provides training in Aerial Operations, Fall Protection Training, and Safety Training as a standard in it's Safety Oriented operations and any additional training as it deems necessary.
